New Customers: CodeScene Mission & Rollout Guide

Steps for realising quantifiable results from day one

We have spent almost a decade witnessing software development transformations, and we've noticed several patterns that repeat along this journey — like threads in a tapestry that weave together time and time again.

Your success is our top priority, so to ensure you have a smooth and rewarding experience, please find below a rollout plan and onboarding checklist to help you hit the ground running and track your progress.

CodeScene Mission

Please download our CodeScene: Mission, Base Line Metrics, Goal Tracking & Key Actions template to define your CodeScene mission and set a clear deadline.

Baseline Metrics

Use the second tab in the template to register a goal for each CodeScene project and make sure to capture your hotspots, code health, and average code health score every 2 weeks to ensure you remain on track.

Make sure each project is primed for success by taking the key actions proven to deliver results.
