What to Check if You Cannot Log in with a New License?

If you are facing issues with logging in with a new license, we recommend that you follow these steps:

  • Log in to your old subscription

  • Change the subscription there

  • Log in with the new subscription

Use Credentials:

- USERNAME: admin account username (not email)

- PASSWORD: license key as Password.

If copying the license key, make sure to not copy any blank spaces, additional characters, etc.
