What Should I do if I Can’t Access CodeScene Cloud After Changing my GitHub Account?

If you change the GitHub account associated with your email address, you may receive the following error when logging into CodeScene with your new Github account:

To resolve this, you need to delete your previous CodeScene account before connecting the new one.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log into GitHub using the old account

  2. Navigate to your account page: https://codescene.io/users/me

  3. Make sure that you're on the previous account, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete account"

Following this, you will be able to log in with your new GitHub account.
