In CodeScene, it is not possible to assign a single developer to multiple teams. Each developer can only be part of one team. Additionally, CodeScene does not provide the functionality to create teams on the tool level. Teams can only be created on a project level. CodeScene also allows you to reuse the same configuration across different projects. This means that while you cannot assign developers to multiple teams or create new teams on the CodeScene level, you can maintain consistency in settings and rules across various projects by sharing configurations.
