What to Do When the Ticket ID Pattern Does Not Match Jira Tickets?

When configuring the PM Integration with Jira, there can be an issue where the Ticket ID Pattern isn't correct and doesn't match the Jira tickets. If the Ticket ID Pattern isn't editable, that is because PM Integration is enabled. To resolve it, please follow the steps below:

  1. Disable PM Integration

  2. Make ticket ID mapping change

  3. Re-enable PM Integration

NOTE: If you refer to ticket IDs under the PRs, then the option "Map commit to Pull Requests Issues" is used for the PM integration to fetch it.
